I am a Parallel Worker with being fun and myself！
After working for trading companies for 7 years totally, I decided to work as a freelance.
Currently, I am a teacher of yoga & pilates, a wine buyear and a company president.
I met yoga and pilates during my super busy Salaryman life. I could loose 13kg as the result of yoga practice with trying correct alignment.
I would like to share with you that good physical condition is very related to healthy mind!
